KEY Liability

• Reports progress on liability and agreement of claims across all systems accepted by RTA.
• Creates the development plan for Supervising & Coaching Engineering and Quantity Surveyors in agreement with International Best Practices.
• Advises in the conditions of insurance programs and in claims and compensation related to ensured accidents.
• Observers and attendants Contracts Specialists, Contracts attorneys, Quantity Surveyors to the Legal and Contractual issues
• Ensures that assignments learnt are incorporated into the design and/ or prosecution of workshop for unborn systems.
• Prepares legal acquainted negotiating strategies and provides support during contractual accommodations and participates in RTA Arbitration brigades by appearing before Domestic & International Bars to cover RTA’s interest.
• Advises on contractual and design operation matters for RTA advanced operation, including preparing contractual
• correspondences, reports and reviews nonpublic documents upon request and give feedback.
• Participates effectively in the Procurement Department for homogenizing Contractual and Legal Documents.
• Advises on procurement and contract strategic direction, programs, programs, and procedures, including uniting with Commercial Procurement Department.
• Provides reports on a regular base and as necessary to the Claims and disagreement in all current systems and recommending judgments and opinions.
• Conducts forums & shops to enlighten the concerned officers regarding transnational developments to estimate the followership so that they borrow them in their day- to- day practices.
• Provides professional inputs and advice to Procurement & Other Department’s including CEO’s on pre and post contractual issues, legal matters and legislations, reviews and checkups C&PD practices and performance searching for the stylish practices and system results and prepares development plans.

• Participates effectively in preparing procurement strategies and contract planning to insure the delivery of agencies need while maintaining high position of governance, as well as in procurement system executions, development and excellence program cessions and evaluations.
