ABOUT COMPANY

We're hiring for your chops to be responsible for furnishing support to QDC in the colorful mortal coffers function which include reclamation, training and development, performance operation, hand relations and comforting, perpetration of HR systems, separations process and conservation of hand records.

Other functional duties would include:

• help and support the elderly HRBP in communicating and enforcing HR programs and procedures, and company wide new enterprise and systems to align the business strategies with QR group.
• Develop HR strategic plan with the elderly HRBP and insure timely perpetration of conditioning to support QDC vision.
• Identify and assay training requirements with line directors to plan and deliver training including induction of new staff and development of workers.
• help in composing correspondence, memorandum, reports and documents by liaising nearly with QDC stakeholders to insure information is directly captured.
• Promote hand engagement by supporting the enhancement and perpetration of prices and recognition programs in cooperation with the operation to help in hand retention and largely engaged pool.
• Manage all executive aspects including but not limited to payroll, reclamation, joining, abdication or termination by liaising with these departments to insure that processes are timely actioned.
• Support in collecting data for HR reports and crucial HR criteria through collaboration with applicable departments to propose corrective conduct and results for process enhancement.
• help in carrying out correctional conditioning alongside the director, including conducting disquisition sounds, drafting of reports and making recommendation with the blessing of the operation to insure corrective conduct are taken in line with the correctional policy.
