Overview of the part

The position will be reporting to Finance Business Partner and responsible for all Branch Accounting and fiscal function of Toyota New Units Corporate Abu Dhabi.

What you'll do

a) profit collection and Fund Management

• insure to record AR/ DP Collections against SO or checks.
• diurnal collection reports should be uploaded in the participated drive handed by the AFSS
• All collection/ PCF verification and hand over are duly inked filed for unborn references
• Monitoring and communicate cheque concurrence, bouncing cheques, and refund cheques
• insure accurate data entry in SAP – billing cancellation & advance payments should be kept at minimal position – Cash checks not yet collected report should be always cleared & covered
• Strict adherence of AFM company policy regarding client refunds, maintain log for tracking purposes.

b) Business Processes & Controls

• All business processes are conducted according to SOP and with correct situations of sign authority
• insure payments delivery to be done by/ for the payer and if 3rd party, UT vindicated by the Branch Manager should be secured
• insure that petty cash charges are paid with applicable blessing as per DOA, liquidity of petty cash must be maintained for smooth branch operations
• Maintain proper tab form with complete document set( SO, LPOetc.) for easy reclamation.

c) Invoicing & Delivery Management

• Perform fiscal deals and process checks in a timely manner.
• insure all applicable AFM document processes are rigorously stuck as per bribe.
• insure profit/ Provision in place and attorney clause is without error
• Substantiates fiscal deals by auditing documents.
• Perform record keeping of all fiscal operations.
• Manage Intra & Internal Deals including Government Deals.
• Authorization of all in house AFM deals & credit guests.
• diurnal tab summary for credit checks & deals return cases, cover all outstanding debts & report.
• Support & Guiding of Matrix directors, Deals platoon and Deals Admin.

d) fiscal Reporting, Cost & Internal Controls

• Finance related processes are conducted in compliance with AFM programs & procedures( bribes).
• Supporting in covering OPEX & CAPEX.
• Monitor & maintain AFM administration document process is stuck at all times.
• Make sure that all upsells are recovered from guests. Check the deals order while invoicing. Review the train entering from AFS and clear open particulars with in the month.
• Examiner concurrence of Open POs follow up with Central Operation & Admin Team every month
• lift business finance in preparing daily cast.
• Continuously cover branch P&L and liaise with concerned platoon for rectification if needed. prepare yearly friction analysis after book near.
• To carry out Ad Hoc tasks reports as needed by the FBP/ FM/ Branch operation

e) Accounts Receivables Management( AR Management)

• Reviewing and icing of timely submission of Alternate sets.
• Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly monitoring of branch AR report( all credit installations handed) and follow- up with concerned channels to insure timely collection of all outstanding/ overdue checks
• Maintain list for all credit installations handed to branch credit guests including credit limit/ credit period/ main contact details credit installation documents if possible
• attune credit client accounts, give balance evidence report and SOA as and when needed.

f) Bank Guarantee Management.

• Review all Bank Guarantee requests entered from business before submitting for advanced blessing.
• Request storeroom to issue new BGs upon operation blessing.
• Keep a track record of all BGs issued to client for timely cancellation.
• Follow up with separate stake holders for collecting expired BGs for cancellation.
• give timely update to storeroom and operation for the open BGs.
