Work Responsibilities

Customer Fulfillment / Benefit Standards

• Communicate controls and standards with respect to exchanges in a proficient manner.
• Provide counsel and direction around ARIE Items & Administrations to clients as and when necessary.
• Achieve least ‘Wait’ time and ‘Serve’ time and point for lessening the TAT on a nonstop basis.
• Lead clients to important department/persons for Inquiry Resolutions, Uncommon Bargains and other such activities.
• Meet and Welcome clients at Counter / Campaign zone, and thank them for their business.
• Provide benefit to Retail and Commercial clients as per set up ARIE standards.

Financial / Sales

• Ensure ideal benefit edges are kept up for transactions.
• Solicit referrals and start cross-selling openings to existing customers.
• Actively change over walk-in clients to IntroCard holders.
• Explore openings to increment client base, exchange number, Income per exchange & client and generally operational income execution to meet the in general goals.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

Experience
