ABOUT COMPANY
A Cook de Partie is responsible for supervising staff and icing high situations of food medication to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while aiding with food cost controls.
What will I be doing?
A Chef de Partie, will supervise staff and insure high situations of food medication to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Chef de Partie will also be needed to help with food cost controls. Specifically, you'll be responsible for performing the following tasks to the loftiest norms:
- Keep all working areas clean and tidy and insure no cross impurity
- Prepare all mis- en- place for all applicable menus
- insure all food medication meets norms
- Prepare and present high quality food
- Supervise staff
- lift in positive issues from guest queries in a timely and effective manner
- insure food stuffs are of a good quality and stored rightly
- Contribute to controlling costs, perfecting gross profit perimeters, and other departmental and fiscal targets
- help other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working connections
- Report conservation, hygiene and hazard issues
- Misbehave with hostel security, fire regulations and all health and safety and food safety legislation
- Be environmentally apprehensive
- help Head Chef/ Sous Chef in the training of all staff in compliance of company procedures

- Achieved Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
- Supervisory experience
- Positive station
- Capability to work under pressure
- Capability to work on own or in brigades
- A minimum of 2 times of former experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Demi Chef de Partie part
- A current, valid, and applicable trade marketable cuisine qualification( evidence may be needed)
It would be profitable in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Intermediate Food Hygiene
- Knowledge of current food trends
- former kitchen experience in analogous part
