What You ’ll Be Doing

The Country Facility Manager is responsible for furnishing leadership, guidance, support, and direction for the installation operation conditioning including hard and soft FM services and asset operation. figure examiner and optimize Budget lines and P&L for the department and the installations managed in the country including Retail stores, services and storages. Oversee, challenge, and manage fiscal and specialized matters with a focus on performance and effectiveness of the service providers to insure prospects and strategic targets are met. Coordinate and liaise with the interdisciplinary functions in relation to Sustainability, Safety & Security, Admin, Operations, and the Business to insure our erected terrain is safe, secure, sustainable, well maintained, effective and continuously bettered and in compliance with world class norms.

• Review and work on defining and perfecting SLAs, and targeted KPIs.
• Continuously look for areas of enhancement and betterment enterprise to enhance the overall condition and processes for our installations.
• Formulate and communicate Facility Management performance objects and continuously cover progress and alignment towards group strategic objects
• Review and support in the prosecution of the business plan for the Country FM in line with the strategic objects of the department and the Group in general.

• Liaise and coordinate with Sustainability division to initiate, apply and insure compliance with Sustainability norms guidelines and targets.
• Liaise and Coordinate with HSSE to insure compliance with the group’s programs and International and original Safety and Security norms.
• Examiner and give guidance and support to Service providers and contractors serving our installations to insure stylish quality and cost-effective results are handed.
• Oversee the commissioning of new installations and handover process.
• Review and assay Asset Management Reports and Data including Asset Life Cycle reports, Extra corridor force stock vs consumed.
• give Dashboards and KPI monitoring tools for measuring specialized performance and client service.
• figure, examiner and review Budget and control expenditures per installation.
• Prepare daily, yearly, and daily reports for furnishing perceptivity and align with operation targets and guidelines.
• People operation
• Assign individual objects for hand performance operation purposes, manage performance, empower staff, and give formal and informal feedback to support professional development and maximize performance
• Build strong relations and trust with stakeholders including Boardwalk operation, Retail directors, and the interdisciplinary support functions.
• Manage and lead the country function platoon to insure an effective, productive, and motivated work terrain.
• Review and authorize service agreements for Soft and Hard FM including compass of work, SLAs, Terms & Conditions in addition to the marketable assessment.
