JOB PURPOSE

The Sr. Project Information Management mastermind will serve as focal point for all CONTRACTORS ’ engineering disciplines and assume responsibility for resolving SmartPlant issues across all EPC Contractors.

The Sr. Project Information Management mastermind will insure engineering data created by the EPC meets the systems specification with an emphasis on quality, thickness andcompleteness.The Sr. Project Information Management mastermind observers data created entered by EPC for compliance, thickness, delicacy and encyclopedically entered in the intertwined terrain.

Supports the EPC in creation of applicable Project Information Management strategy and plans covering systems ’ perpetration, operation in engineering design, supplier and customer information both within the individual design packages and across design interfaces,etc. to insure harmonious systems ’ perpetration.

EPC information collaboration and affiliate includingnon-engineering data. Manage queries with Core Team, data delivery and data exchange, knowledgeable of Hexagon tools, checkups for compliance and governance.

• Liaise with EPC engineering and suppliers to insure completion and compliance of data submission.
• Liaise with design Technical Authority, engineering and suppliers to insure completion and compliance of data submission.
• Interface with IPMT Project Disciplines to insure active exchange of stylish practice and alignment of Project Information Management processes and systems.
• Manage the day- to- day data operation and collection queries raised by EPC.
• give the IPMT Project Information fellow and design platoon with regular reports on absoluteness of SmartPlant intertwined terrain.
• Coordinate and manage label register exports from SPF for lading into SPIR system.
• share in SmartPlant operation checkups, help in collecting of inspection findings report, track EPC completion ofnon-compliances and corrective conduct.
• Co-ordinate and be the focal point for all SmartPlant data operation queries from EPC Contractor.
• Collaboratively work with EPC to insure successful delivery and handover of digital data and information asset from EPCs.
• Understand the customer and internal design conditions for data collection, exertion, reporting and handover.
