JOB PURPOSE

To handle a broad range of client connections, videlicet inquiries complaints via telephone,e-mail or fax for the dnata outsource Contact Centre business. To give excellent client service to being as well as new third party accounts and thus further strengthen and grow the outsourcing business.

JOB Liability LINKED TO OBJECTIVE AREAS

• Achieve or surpass a call quality target on a daily and yearly base. This will involve having calls
• covered by a Quality Officer/ Team Leader to insure a high position of client service is achieved and
• maintained.
• insure delicacy when completing third party account related call logs and client case logs for all calls entered.
• insure knowledge is over to date and accurate on all aspects of each accounts products service. Subject
• matters include but aren't limited to revise standard operating procedures, new products and promotional juggernauts. In order to maintain quality service provision for all accounts.
• Identify and escalate precedence issues to a Team Leader when necessary in order to uphold quality of service to all guests
• Handle client connections that include, but aren't limited to, telephone calls, emails, and faxes in a
• professional manner to meet the conditions of the client. Achieve individual crucial Performance
• pointers( KPIs) for any specific Contact Centre account to insure agreed service situations are met.
• Handle different third party accounts on a contemporaneous base to enhance overall Contact Centre
• productivity
